Children start at the infant school in the academic year (1st Sept-31st Aug) that they will be turning 5 years old. We stagger the children into school over a two week period when starting school in Reception.

If your child's birthday is between:

• 1st Sept 2020 - 31st Aug 2021 - Start School Sept 2025
• 1st Sept 2021 - 31st Aug 2022 - Start School Sept 2026
• 1st Sept 2022 - 31st Aug 2023 - Start School Sept 2027

The school has the following year groups:

• Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Reception classes (4-5 years) - three classes
• Key Stage 1
  • Year 1 classes (5-6 years)- two classes
  • Year 2 classes (6-7 years)- three classes

The governing body is now the admission authority for this school and determines its own admission criteria. Please see below for the admission criteria for 2025- 2026. The school uses Surrey County Council to manage our admissions and to find up to date information about the school's admission arrangements and details on how to apply, either as part of the normal intake or during the school year, please go to the following link on the Surrey County Council website:

Applications for admission in September 2025 open via Surrey portal after the October half term and close on 15 Jan 2025. On 16 April 2025 you will receive an email to let you know the outcome of your application.
