    Good wellbeing is when I feel good in my head, my heart and my body.

    What I can do to feel good in my body:

    • Sleeping well
    • Eating healthily
    • Exercising
    • Keeping clean
    • Taking time to relax

    What I can do to feel good in my head (mind):

    • Talking about my feelings
    • Thinking about what I can do to help any uncomfortable feelings
    • Sharing my worries or uncomfortable feelings
    • Asking for help
    • Celebrating what makes me unique and special

    What I can do to feel good in my heart:

    • Knowing that I have good relationships with family, friends and other important people in my life who help me to have a healthy mind (head) and body
    • Talking about who is special to me and helps me to feel loved, cared for and safe
    • Talking about who I can share my worries and uncomfortable feelings with
    • Talking about who helps me to feel resilient and proud
