Thames Ditton Infant School acknowledges the importance of contributing to the wider society beyond the school gates and we aim to fulfil this vital role and associated responsibilities. The school has a commitment to Sustainability and strives to ensure that its pupils and staff are equipped to play their part as global citizens. Staff work closely with parents, governors and the local community and together everyone plays an important part in the life of our thriving school.

We are extremely fortunate to have a high level of parental support and we firmly believe that the success of schools comes from working in partnership with parents. Our Friends PTA, plays an invaluable role with fundraising and providing a fabulous array of community events.

Our school holds high aspirations for every child and we celebrate all levels of achievement. We promote optimism and self-belief, ambition and challenge. We work hard to create an atmosphere where talents are fully developed and individual needs are met whilst preparing children for life, their next steps and futures.

We are fully committed to personalised learning and we have an enriching curriculum to engage all learners. Our creative approach to the curriculum provides opportunities and experiences to stimulate curiosity and imagination. We work hard to foster and promote a positive ethos and create a safe and nurturing environment where children settle in quickly and thrive as individuals both academically and personally.

This website aims to give you a taste of our school, as well as providing regularly updated information for families. Thames Ditton Infant School is a popular community school which currently provides education for 270 pupils and enjoys a very good reputation in our local community. We have an excellent team of approximately forty staff who are all committed and enthusiastic in providing an outstanding quality of care and education.
