Welcome to Thames Ditton Infant school
"Learning to Learn, Learning for Life"
Welcome to the Thames Ditton Infant school website. I hope that you enjoy your visit to our website. It has been designed to provide parents or prospective parents with all the information they need, as well as a good insight into what life is like at our school.
We are very proud of our school and all we do. We offer a warm and caring environment into which children settle quickly and happily. We work hard to foster and promote a positive ethos and create an environment where children thrive as individuals both academically and socially. We are a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. If you choose to visit us, we trust you will find our school to be a very friendly and vibrant place with lots to share. We work hard to create an atmosphere where talents are fully developed and individual needs are met whilst preparing children for life in the 21st century. We are fully committed to personalised learning and teaching and we have an exciting curriculum that includes an eco/sustainability focus that permeates much of what we do. Staff work closely with parents and carers, governors and the local community and together everyone plays an important part in the life of our thriving school.
This website aims to give you a taste of our school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils. Thames Ditton is a popular community school which currently provides education for 300 pupils and enjoys a very good reputation in our local community. We have an excellent team of approximately forty staff who are all committed and enthusiastic in providing an outstanding quality of care and education.
We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to contact the school direct (details on contact page) with any queries you may have and don’t forget if you are a current parent please log in regularly to our Learning platform as it is continually updated with so very much more!
Thank you for visiting
